Macintosh LC ftp server - hard drive replaced

The original 80MB SCSI drive in the LC has been giving a bit of trouble lately, not to mention making an absolute racket! So we have decided to replace it with a (silent - ahhh) SSD drive. It won't make it any faster but it will let us store up to 16GB on the old LC, so we are in the process of filling it with (hopefully) all of the versions of the Classic Mac OS/System from 1984 to 2001 along with any other useful bits of software that you can use to get your old Mac running again.
